San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in San Marcos, Texas is looking for a qualified Full-Time CEI Sales Coordinator to work for our sales department ($15-$18/Hour + Bonus Opportunities). Responsibilities
- Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers.
- Receive, sort and prepare a checklist for all customer materials.
- Follow Up with all Customers within 24 hours of Vehicle Purchase.
- Interact with Customers while they are waiting for Finance.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Developing and implementing a strong customer experience strategy
- Ensure Customer satisfaction before leaving the dealership
- Maintain Perfect Deliveries
- Daily Reports to Sales Manager
- Maintain Monthly CFA (Customer First Award)
- Audit Sales Training
- Perform all Active deliveries
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
- 2 Years (or more) of customer service experience required
- GED or equivalent
- Computer proficiency using MS Office, email, and general internet
- Ability to deal effectively with customers, staff and management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Quick learner, able to work in fast paced work environment
- The ability to learn and utilize multiple computer programs
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently or in a team-driven environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Willing to work Saturdays
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a background check, driving record and drug test
