Requirements :

• Must currently be barred in VA
• 2+ years of experience
• 2+ years of M&A experience
• A book of business is a plus for any lateral attorneys
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, contracts, and legal documents
• A proven track record of successfully managing and closing high-stakes transactions independently
