Job Summary:

We are is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of client and company events. The ideal candidate will assist in creating memorable experiences while ensuring smooth event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for corporate, client, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams.
• Prepare event materials, schedules, and attendee lists.
• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring seamless operations.
• Track event expenses and assist with budget management.
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; event planning certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
