Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data creating financial models and preparing reports to support business decisionmaking. You will play a key role in helping the company manage its financial performance ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Data Analysis : Gather analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights into the companys financial performance.
• Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance assess potential investments and evaluate business opportunities.
• Reporting : Prepare comprehensive financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual summaries to present to management and stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts ensuring they align with company goals and market trends.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for financial improvement and work on strategies to optimize financial processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles accounting and economic concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
• 35 years of experience in financial analysis accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the specific industry (e.g. technology healthcare etc.).
• Familiarity with financial forecasting software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
