Delaney's Diner is a locally owned restaurant serving breakfast & lunch.
NO LATE NIGHTS!! We serve breakfast & lunch - you'll be home in time for dinner!
NO HOLIDAYS!! We are closed Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day & July 4th -enjoy the holidays with family and friends!
FREE MEAL each shift worked!
The Grill Cook responsibilities are:
- Cooking food to recipe standards
- Cleaning work stations throughout shift and closing grill line
- Preparing food for customers with a focus on ticket times, portions and presentation
- Adhering to food safety standards while preparing food
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Grill Cook/Line Cook experience
- Experience following a prep-list
- Familiar and comfortable with FIFO, date dots, portioning, equipment safety, food safety and sanitation policies
- Work as a team and help other positions as needed
