Topline Heating & Air is seeking an eager and enthusiastic entry-level Residential HVAC Apprentice.The essential function of our Residential HVAC Apprentice is to assist the Lead installer on the job. Primary Responsibilities: Assist with the below and learn from the Lead Installer
Assist in all HVAC Installations
Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
Assist in properly troubleshooting jobs
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Nice to Haves:
High school diploma or GED.
Valid DL
Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme temperatures including outdoors.
Able to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks.
Able to lift 75 lbs. or more.
Able to safely handle extension, step and other types of ladders including removal from, and replacement to, service vehicle roof top.
Climb ladder up to 40 feet in height.
Required ability to walk on roofs of different types, shapes and slopes.
Repetitive lifting, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing and digging may be required.
Handles power tools, drills, saws, etc.

Pay: $17/hr
