Job Title: Maintenance Technician in Summerville

Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will split your time evenly between maintenance work and handling tasks involving 3 phase 480V electrical systems. This role involves working in a less automated facility, focusing on pumps, motors, gearboxes, heaters, ovens, electric meters, and circuit connectors. You will work independently as part of an 8-person maintenance team.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance work, focusing on 3 phase 480V systems.
50 electrical/ 50 mechanical
Understand LOTO procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, heaters, ovens, electric meters, and circuit connectors.
Support production changeovers to ensure smooth operations.
Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical pneumatics and minimal hydraulics.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient facility operations.
Essential Skills
5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics.
Ability to work with 3 phase 480V systems.
Strong mechanical skills and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with PLCs, with no requirement to work directly on them.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with cutting tools.
Confident, yet humble approach to work.
