Responsibilities

As a  Real Estate Agent on our team, your role will be key in driving success and delivering exceptional results. Your responsibilities include:

• Track with Precision : Stay organized and efficient by using  PLACE Technology to monitor tasks, client interactions, and key activities. 📊
• Host Engaging Open Houses : Lead successful open houses that showcase properties and attract potential buyers. 🏠
• Convert Leads into Opportunities : Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into  scheduled appointments , driving business growth. 📅
• Engage in Team Collaboration : Be an active participant in  team events and  activities , fostering a strong, supportive culture. 💬
• Commit to Growth : Dedicate time to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions ,  training , and  Partner Calls to sharpen your skills and strategies. 📈
