Simply put, as the Registered Dietitian , you will work with our Food and Nutrition Services Department on clinical charting and ensuring that facilities are maintaining regulatory compliance. This department has strong staff that includes a full-time Food and Nutrition Director. The RD will perform initial nutrition assessments, nutrition at-risk charting, the RAI process (MDS, CAAs, Care Plans), and monthly sanitation inspections.
