The preferred location for this role is within a commutable distance of Raritan, NJ however remote options within the United States will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist II provides regulatory guidance to project teams in strategic planning and related submissions to support Ethicon Wound Closure & Healing ( WCH ) products. Under minimal supervision, the individual develops and executes regulatory strategy for significant change supplements and 510(k) registrations to support continued commercialization of products in key countries. The Specialist II helps to define data and information needed for regulatory actions in conjunction with cross-functional teams. He/she guides conformance with applicable regulations through the development of best practices for Regulatory Affairs processes, procedures and systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
The base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $105,000 based on experience . The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
