#### Job Overview
As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans.
#### Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting loans.
- Documentation: Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
- Review and Update: Review and update credit and loan files regularly.
- Compliance: Ensure loan agreements are complete and accurate according to company policy.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends and developments in the local real estate market.

- Lending Knowledge: Deep understanding of bank lending procedures and policies.
- Guideline Familiarity: Familiarity with FNMA guidelines.
