Nestlé Professional Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist of Sales Training to join our dynamic Sales Training team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs that strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, and technical expertise across our sales organization. You'll play a key role in building sales acumen and supporting our geographically dispersed team through innovative learning solutions-virtual workshops, webinars, interactive sessions, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Communicate strategy and tactical plans clearly to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrate strong self-awareness and operate as a self-starter, working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Prioritize activities effectively and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and impact.

  • Advocate across multiple functions to meet team member, customer, and consumer needs.

  • Exhibit agility and adaptability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs.

  • Set and maintain a high standard of excellence that meets or exceeds expectations.

Planning & Execution

  • Design, implement, and update tailored sales training programs and tools that align with organizational goals and address the specific needs of sales teams.

  • Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics.

  • Develop engaging training initiatives using various methodologies, including workshops, e-learning, and interactive exercises, to enhance learning retention and application.

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of training initiatives on sales performance, leveraging feedback and data analysis for continuous improvement.

  • Create polished, visually appealing materials (job aids, presentations, e-learning).

Qualifications

  • Experience:

  • 3+ years in professional-level B2B sales training or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years in presentation and training facilitation roles.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint; competent in Excel and PowerBI.

  • Strong business and financial acumen.

  • Preferred:

  • Experience in Foodservice channels.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

  • Travel:

  • Ability to travel up to 10-20%.
