Job Description

Job Duties:

• Competently diagnose and repair any product sold in the dealerships: Motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’s, and watercrafts.
• Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and within scheduled timeframes.
• Train, mentor, and transfer skills/experience to other technicians.
• Meet deadlines and complete work in a productive and profitable manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with all Del Amo employees and customers.
• Abide by and comply with all dealership policies and compliances.

Other Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years as a powersports technician required.
• Side-by-side experience preferred.
• Own M1 License and clean driving record.
• Technical and/or Mechanical abilities.
• Familiarity with product lines sold in dealership.

Qualifications:

• Previous motorcycle or automobile service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

This position reports directly to the Service Dept. Manager or General Manager.
